Calculation based on RM 10,000 in weekly play. Cashback credited every Monday.
There is a big difference between a platform that treats you as just another customer and one that genuinely values your loyalty. At xxx999, we believe active, loyal players deserve more than a welcome bonus that runs out after the first deposit. That is why we built a VIP Rewards programme that grows with you — the longer you play at xxx999, the more benefits you accumulate.
The xxx999 VIP Programme is designed to be straightforward — no complicated rules or confusing fine print. It's simple: every time you deposit and play, you build progress toward higher VIP tiers. When you reach a new tier, your benefits upgrade automatically with no application or contact required. Weekly cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday morning, ready to use for the week ahead.
Cashback is at the heart of the xxx999 VIP programme. Whether you're playing baccarat, placing Sports Betting wagers on the Malaysia Super League, spinning the slots, or following a BWF badminton match — all your gaming activity counts toward your weekly cashback calculation.
The calculation is straightforward and transparent: if you are at the Gold tier with a 0.8% cashback rate and you wager RM 15,000 in a week, your cashback for that week is RM 120 — credited directly to your xxx999 account balance at the start of the following week. No complex conditions, no redemption periods, no minimum winnings required. Cashback funds can be used immediately for gameplay or withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms.
The key difference between xxx999 cashback and regular bonuses is that cashback is calculated based on your total wagering activity, not just your losses. This means even if you end the week in profit, you still receive cashback based on how much you played. It's xxx999's way of saying thank you for your loyalty and the time you spend with us.
Beyond cashback, xxx999 VIP members are also eligible for a weekly reload bonus when making a new deposit each week. This is a separate bonus calculated independently from cashback and is awarded each time you top up your account within a calendar week.
Bronze members receive a 10% reload bonus, while Diamond members get up to 100% — meaning every RM 500 you deposit as a Diamond member earns you an extra RM 500 directly into your xxx999 account. With a minimum deposit of RM 10 via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or FPX, every deposit qualifies for this reload bonus.
The turnover requirement for the reload bonus is reasonable and calculated cumulatively across all game types on xxx999 — including sports, baccarat, slots, and all other live casino games. This gives VIP members the flexibility to play whatever they enjoy most, without being locked into a single category.
For players already at Gold, Platinum, or Diamond tier, the xxx999 VIP programme offers more than just monetary rewards. It is an experience that makes playing at xxx999 genuinely different from any other platform.
A personal account manager is one of the most valued perks among Gold-tier and above VIP members. You get a direct WhatsApp number to your dedicated VIP manager, who can assist with express withdrawal requests, bonus clarifications, and any technical issues — no waiting in the general support queue. Our VIP managers are Malay-speaking and operate at hours that suit Malaysian users.
For Platinum and Diamond members, access to exclusive VIP baccarat tables with betting limits of up to RM 50,000 is one of the most sought-after features. These tables have a limited number of players, hand-picked dealers, and a more refined atmosphere — like a VIP table at a top-tier physical casino, but accessible from anywhere in Malaysia.
At xxx999, we believe the best rewards are sometimes not monetary. Our VIP programme includes a physical gift rewards system for Gold members and above — from the latest gadgets and watches to branded merchandise and local travel packages. These gifts do not require any points redemption — they are given directly as a recognition of your loyalty.
Platinum and Diamond members also receive invitations to exclusive events hosted by xxx999 at premium venues across Malaysia. These include the annual gala night, exclusive sporting matches, and networking events for select VIP members. It's our way of building a community of loyal players who value not just the games, but the full xxx999 experience.
